Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Adelheid Dietrich could be acquired at Christies in New York in May 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work Still Life With Peach, Grapes And Rosehips changed hands for USD 19,200.00 (€ 14,961.43) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adelheid Dietrich achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life with Flowers in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 252,000.00 (€ 187,318.81).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Adelheid Dietrich konnte im Mai 2006 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture wechselte die Arbeit Still Life With Peach, Grapes And Rosehips für USD 19.200,00 (€ 14.961,43) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adelheid Dietrich erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Still Life with Flowers im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 252.000,00 (€ 187.318,81).
