Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in New York held the auction Important American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture, which included the work Spring Bouquet by Adelheid Dietrich. The price achieved of USD 73,000.00 (€ 49,700.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Adelheid Dietrich - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life with Flowers, which sold at auction in May 2007 for USD 252,000.00 (€ 187,318.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Important American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spring Bouquet von Adelheid Dietrich zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 73.000,00 (€ 49.700,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Adelheid Dietrich mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still Life with Flowers beobachtet, die im Mai 2007 für USD 252.000,00 (€ 187.318,81) versteigert wurde.
