Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Star Magazine (L. Document 40 S. 11 Grey) by Adam Pendleton was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March last year. It changed hands for a price of USD 7,560.00 (€ 6,815.11) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adam Pendleton achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Days) in November last year with an auction result of USD 604,800.00 (€ 585,876.20).
