Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year Bonhams in London held the auction Photographs, which included the work Untitled (from the Series 'My Ghost') by Adam Fuss. It changed hands for a price of USD 5,760.00 (€ 5,450.42) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adam Fuss achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2014 with an auction result of USD 106,250.00 (€ 84,796.49).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (from the Series 'My Ghost') von Adam Fuss zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 5.760,00 (€ 5.450,42) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adam Fuss erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 106.250,00 (€ 84.796,49).
