Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Australian Hygenically Sealed For Your Convenience And Hygiene by Adam Cullen was auctioned at Sothebys in Sydney in November 2007. The price achieved of AUD 11,400.00 (€ 6,867.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Adam Cullen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bedtime TV, 2000, which sold at auction in August last year for AUD 34,440.00 (€ 23,493.79).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von AUD 11.400,00 (€ 6.867,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit AUD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden.
