When the work "Two Figures And Masks", Composition #3 by Abraham Rattner was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in October 2016, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - USD 5,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than five times as high at USD 25,000.00 (€ 22,806.06). This high result makes "Two Figures And Masks", Composition #3 the most expensive artwork by Abraham Rattner that we have observed at auctions so far.
