Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A hunting party by Abraham Danielsz. Hondius was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,062.82). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abraham Danielsz. Hondius achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sportsman Offered Refreshment Outside An Inn While His Dogs Rest After The Hunt in January 2016 with an auction result of USD 150,000.00 (€ 138,478.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A hunting party von Abraham Danielsz. Hondius kam im Juli 2020 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.062,82) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abraham Danielsz. Hondius erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sportsman Offered Refreshment Outside An Inn While His Dogs Rest After The Hunt im Januar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 150.000,00 (€ 138.478,58).
