Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Aaron Garber-Maikovska was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in October 2021. The price achieved of USD 22,680.00 (€ 19,632.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Aaron Garber-Maikovska have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 156,250.00 (€ 133,890.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Aaron Garber-Maikovska kam im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 22.680,00 (€ 19.632,96) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Aaron Garber-Maikovska auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 156.250,00 (€ 133.890,32).
