Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 660.00 (€ 953.41). Admittedly, works by Antonio Cordero Cortés have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pascolo sul sentiero in December 2003 with an auction result of EUR 4,340.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cattle in an evening landscape von Antonio Cordero Cortés kam im Januar 2005 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 660,00 (€ 953,41) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonio Cordero Cortés auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pascolo sul sentiero im Dezember 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 4.340,00.
