Auction result fails to reach estimate
In June 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Budapest (2 Arbeiten) by Zoltán Jókay for EUR 357.00. This price was achieved in the auction ACHENBACH Art Auction at VAN HAM and was even lower than the EUR 800.00 estimate set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Zoltán Jókay have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Beirut, Lebanon (4 Arbeiten) in June 2015 with an auction result of EUR 2,380.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Budapest (2 Arbeiten) von Zoltán Jókay für EUR 357,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion ACHENBACH Art Auction bei VAN HAM erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von EUR 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zoltán Jókay auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Beirut, Lebanon (4 Arbeiten) im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.380,00.
