Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Untold Season by Zigi Ben-Haim was sold in the Israeli & International Art auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2015. The price achieved of USD 17,500.00 (€ 16,115.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 16,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Zigi Ben-Haim have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2009 the work Rush Hour was auctioned for USD 27,500.00 (€ 20,737.50).
