A top price for Zhu Xuan - as previously expected
The work Landscape After Mi Fu by Zhu Xuan was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2018. The result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 12,906.56) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Landscape After Mi Fu is the most expensive artwork by Zhu Xuan that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Landscape After Mi Fu von Zhu Xuan kam im September 2018 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 12.906,56) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 25.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Landscape After Mi Fu das teuerste Kunstwerk von Zhu Xuan, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
