The work Landscape After Shen Zhou by Zhu Henian was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2016. The result of USD 6,000 (€ 5,339) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 6,000 - 8,000. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zhu Henian - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work , which sold at auction in October 2010 for HKD 187,500 (€ 17,409).

Die Arbeit Landscape After Shen Zhou von Zhu Henian kam im September 2016 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 6.000 (€ 5.339) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000 – 8.000. Für andere Arbeiten von Zhu Henian mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit beobachtet, die im Oktober 2010 für HKD 187.500 (€ 17.409) versteigert wurde.
