Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Peace (Two Works) by Zhou Yilun was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2014. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,147.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhou Yilun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Beautiful Outer Space in November 2015 with an auction result of HKD 225,000.00 (€ 27,480.59).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Peace (Two Works) von Zhou Yilun wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.147,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhou Yilun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Beautiful Outer Space im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 225.000,00 (€ 27.480,59).
