The work Seed by Zhou Luyun was sold in the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2015. It achieved a price of HKD 184,000.00 (€ 21,265.01), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 53%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Zhou Luyun; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot My Heart Is The Universe Ii sold at auction in October 2013 with the realized price of HKD 350,000.00 (€ 33,213.18).

Die Arbeit Seed von Zhou Luyun wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 184.000,00 (€ 21.265,01) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 53%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Zhou Luyun; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit My Heart Is The Universe Ii im Oktober 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 350.000,00 (€ 33.213,18).
