Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2014 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Autumn Scenery by Zhou Huaimin. The price achieved of HKD 103,500 (€ 9,626) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been given by the auction house as HKD 80,000 - 160,000. Other works by Zhou Huaimin have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2009 the work was auctioned for HKD 162,500 (€ 14,207).

Im April 2014 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Autumn Scenery von Zhou Huaimin zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 103.500 (€ 9.626) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000 – 160.000 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Zhou Huaimin konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2009 die Arbeit für HKD 162.500 (€ 14.207) versteigert.
