Auction result well in line with expectations
In July last year POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Sky by Zhao Zhao. The price achieved of HKD 504,000.00 (€ 62,888.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 300,000.00 – 800,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Zhao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Constellations No.10 (Painted In 2015) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 960,000.00 (€ 980,347.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli letzten Jahres führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sky von Zhao Zhao zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 504.000,00 (€ 62.888,85) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 300.000,00 – 800.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Zhao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Constellations No.10 (Painted In 2015) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 960.000,00 (€ 980.347,83).
