Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Constellation by Zhao Zhao was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in October this year. The price achieved of HKD 432,000.00 (€ 52,242.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 360,000.00 – 460,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Zhao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Constellations No.10 (Painted In 2015) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 960,000.00 (€ 980,347.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Constellation von Zhao Zhao wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 432.000,00 (€ 52.242,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 360.000,00 – 460.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Zhao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Constellations No.10 (Painted In 2015) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 960.000,00 (€ 980.347,83).
