Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sky No. 3 by Zhao Zhao was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in October this year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 177,800.00 (€ 21,501.55) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 100,000.00 – 200,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Zhao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Constellations No.10 (Painted In 2015) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 960,000.00 (€ 980,347.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sky No. 3 von Zhao Zhao kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 177.800,00 (€ 21.501,55) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 200.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Zhao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Constellations No.10 (Painted In 2015) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 960.000,00 (€ 980.347,83).
