A top price for Zhao Xun - as previously expected
In May 2017 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, which included the work Winter Forest by Zhao Xun. The price achieved of HKD 212,400.00 (€ 24,253.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 180,000.00 – 280,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Winter Forest is the most expensive artwork by Zhao Xun that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Mai 2017 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Winter Forest von Zhao Xun zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 212.400,00 (€ 24.253,22) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 180.000,00 – 280.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Winter Forest das teuerste Kunstwerk von Zhao Xun, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
