This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings at Bonhams in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 20,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Zhao Puchu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy In Regular Script in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 713,000.00 (€ 69,794.73).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Bonhams in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 20.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhao Puchu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy In Regular Script im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 713.000,00 (€ 69.794,73).
