This artwork by Zhang Ruocheng achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2007. In the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Landscape, Flowers and Fruits sold for HKD 78,000.00 (€ 7,427.19) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Zhang Ruocheng; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Landscape, Flowers and Fruits sold at auction in May 2010 with the realized price of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 10,388.88).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 95 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zhang Ruocheng erzielte im Mai 2007 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Landscape, Flowers and Fruits für HKD 78.000,00 (€ 7.427,19) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 40.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Zhang Ruocheng; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Landscape, Flowers and Fruits im Mai 2010 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 10.388,88).
