Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Zhang Qun achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2015. In the Grace from Dafengtang Studio - Painting and Calligraphy by Chang Dai-chien and His School auction, the work Moral sold for HKD 53,100.00 (€ 6,203.50) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 20,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Zhang Qun; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Motto sold at auction in April 2015 with the realized price of HKD 89,700.00 (€ 10,366.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zhang Qun erzielte im Oktober 2015 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Grace from Dafengtang Studio - Painting and Calligraphy by Chang Dai-chien and His School wurde die Arbeit Moral für HKD 53.100,00 (€ 6.203,50) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 20.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Zhang Qun; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Motto im April 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 89.700,00 (€ 10.366,69).
