The work Yuan Shikai by Zhang Huan was auctioned at Sothebys in London in April last year. It achieved a price of GBP 25,200.00 (€ 30,050.11), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Huan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Family Tree in February 2014 with an auction result of GBP 290,500.00 (€ 352,446.40).

Die Arbeit Yuan Shikai von Zhang Huan kam im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 25.200,00 (€ 30.050,11) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Huan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Family Tree im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 290.500,00 (€ 352.446,40).
