In April 2014 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas, which included the work Landscapes by Zhang Cining. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 69,000.00 (€ 6,417.45), 38% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Cining achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Album Of Landscape in April this year with an auction result of HKD 132,000.00 (€ 134,797.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Im April 2014 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscapes von Zhang Cining zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 69.000,00 (€ 6.417,45) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Cining erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Album Of Landscape im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 132.000,00 (€ 134.797,83).
