A top price for Zhang Chunchu - as previously expected
The work Flower by Zhang Chunchu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2017. The auction ended at the price of HKD 10,000.00 (€ 1,076.65), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Flower is the most expensive artwork by Zhang Chunchu that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Flower von Zhang Chunchu kam im November 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 10.000,00 (€ 1.076,65) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Flower das teuerste Kunstwerk von Zhang Chunchu, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
