This artwork by Zhan Jingfeng achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2005. In the FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY auction, the work Poem In Running Cursive Script Calligraphy sold for HKD 384,000.00 (€ 39,988.99) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhan Jingfeng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poems In Cursive Script in March 2014 with an auction result of USD 617,000.00 (€ 447,847.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zhan Jingfeng erzielte im Mai 2005 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY wurde die Arbeit Poem In Running Cursive Script Calligraphy für HKD 384.000,00 (€ 39.988,99) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 150.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhan Jingfeng erzielen.
