In November 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction The Mu-Fei Collection of Chinese Paintings, which included the work Landscape by Zhan Jingfeng. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 5,000.00 (€ 7,001.29), 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhan Jingfeng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poems In Cursive Script in March 2014 with an auction result of USD 617,000.00 (€ 447,847.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 67 % übertroffen
Im November 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Mu-Fei Collection of Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Zhan Jingfeng zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 7.001,29) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhan Jingfeng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poems In Cursive Script im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 617.000,00 (€ 447.847,86).
