This artwork by Zdzislaw Ruszkowski achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in December 2012. In the Peter Langan: A Life with Art auction, the work Landscape, Aix-en-Provence sold for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,395.59) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zdzislaw Ruszkowski - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape from Ireland, which sold at auction in March 2004 for GBP 7,767.50 (€ 11,627.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zdzislaw Ruszkowski erzielte im Dezember 2012 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Peter Langan: A Life with Art wurde die Arbeit Landscape, Aix-en-Provence für GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.395,59) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Zdzislaw Ruszkowski mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape from Ireland beobachtet, die im März 2004 für GBP 7.767,50 (€ 11.627,24) versteigert wurde.
