Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Figure by Zaini was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 16,250.00 (€ 1,714.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zaini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Boats in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 7,041.56).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Figure von Zaini kam im April 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 16.250,00 (€ 1.714,63) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zaini auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Boats im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 7.041,56).
