Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Figures on the ice outside the walls of a town by Zacharias Blÿhooft was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2000. Here, the upper estimate of NLG 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for NLG 6,436.10 (€ 3,015.21). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zacharias Blÿhooft - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Rocky Landscape With Travellers, which sold at auction in July 2016 for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,654.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Figures on the ice outside the walls of a town von Zacharias Blÿhooft kam im November 2000 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von NLG 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für NLG 6.436,10 (€ 3.015,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Zacharias Blÿhooft mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Rocky Landscape With Travellers beobachtet, die im Juli 2016 für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.654,26) versteigert wurde.
