Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Coral Blanco by Yvonne Domenge for USD 27,500.00 (€ 26,036.74). This price was achieved in the auction Latin America: Modern Art at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 30,000.00 – 35,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Yvonne Domenge have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2012 by the work Energía Interior at USD 46,875.00 (€ 36,029.98).
