Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2010 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Yves Alcais for USD 250.00 (€ 179.93). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 600.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Yves Alcais have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in October 2010 with an auction result of USD 1,625.00 (€ 1,169.57).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2010 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Yves Alcais für USD 250,00 (€ 179,93) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 600,00 – 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yves Alcais auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.625,00 (€ 1.169,57).
