Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2010 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Yves Alcais for USD 125.00 (€ 89.97). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 600.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yves Alcais achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2010 with an auction result of USD 1,625.00 (€ 1,169.57).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2010 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Yves Alcais für USD 125,00 (€ 89,97) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 600,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yves Alcais erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.625,00 (€ 1.169,57).
