Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in London held the auction Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists, which included the work Three in a boat by Yury Krasny. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 14,002.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Yury Krasny have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2007 the work Smoking Nude was auctioned for GBP 12,000.00 (€ 17,789.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three in a boat von Yury Krasny zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 14.002,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Yury Krasny konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2007 die Arbeit Smoking Nude für GBP 12.000,00 (€ 17.789,57) versteigert.
