Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary East, which included this untitled work by Yuri Albert. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,429.57) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yuri Albert have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work I'M Not Kabakov in November 2014 with an auction result of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 47,147.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2014 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary East durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Yuri Albert zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 9.429,57) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yuri Albert auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit I'M Not Kabakov im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 47.147,85).
