Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Dispute III by Yuri Albert was worth GBP 14,900.00 (€ 19,488.62) to a buyer in February 2008. This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Russian Art at Phillips in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 4,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yuri Albert - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work I'M Not Kabakov, which sold at auction in November 2014 for GBP 37,500.00 (€ 47,147.85).

Die Arbeit Dispute III von Yuri Albert war einem Käufer im Februar 2008 GBP 14.900,00 (€ 19.488,62) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Russian Art bei Phillips in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 4.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Yuri Albert mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit I'M Not Kabakov beobachtet, die im November 2014 für GBP 37.500,00 (€ 47.147,85) versteigert wurde.
