Auction result well in line with expectations
The work FUN by Yuichi Inoue was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in April 2021. It changed hands for a price of HKD 502,500.00 (€ 53,800.50) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 350,000.00 – 550,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yuichi Inoue have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Shisso (Painted In 1972) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 504,000.00 (€ 514,682.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit FUN von Yuichi Inoue wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 502.500,00 (€ 53.800,50) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 350.000,00 – 550.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yuichi Inoue auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Shisso (Painted In 1972) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 504.000,00 (€ 514.682,61).
