The work Fisher Man by Yu Shaosong was sold in the Important Collections of Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy from Asia auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 53,100.00 (€ 6,025.06), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. Admittedly, works by Yu Shaosong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work River Landscape in April 2019 with an auction result of HKD 354,000.00 (€ 40,295.51).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 33 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Fisher Man von Yu Shaosong wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Important Collections of Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy from Asia bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 53.100,00 (€ 6.025,06) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yu Shaosong auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit River Landscape im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 354.000,00 (€ 40.295,51).
