The work Calligraphy by Yu Shaosong was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Christies in New York in March 2019. The »bidding war« ended at USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,671.89), 50% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yu Shaosong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work River Landscape in April 2019 with an auction result of HKD 354,000.00 (€ 40,295.51).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Yu Shaosong wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.671,89) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yu Shaosong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit River Landscape im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 354.000,00 (€ 40.295,51).
