Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Bamboo/Calligraphy by Yu Shaosong was worth USD 2,750.00 (€ 2,449.23) to a buyer in March 2019. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings at Christies in New York and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 800.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yu Shaosong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work River Landscape in April 2019 with an auction result of HKD 354,000.00 (€ 40,295.51).

Die Arbeit Bamboo/Calligraphy von Yu Shaosong war einem Käufer im März 2019 USD 2.750,00 (€ 2.449,23) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Christies in New York erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von USD 800,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yu Shaosong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit River Landscape im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 354.000,00 (€ 40.295,51).
