This work without title by Toshio Yoshida was sold in the ASOBI: Japanese and Korean Modern & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in London in October 2015. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 15,000.00 (€ 20,981.25), 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Toshio Yoshida achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2015 with an auction result of HKD 3,640,000.00 (€ 444,574.89).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Toshio Yoshida wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion ASOBI: Japanese and Korean Modern & Contemporary Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 20.981,25) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Toshio Yoshida erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.640.000,00 (€ 444.574,89).
