A top price for Toshio Yoshida - as previously expected
This work without title by Toshio Yoshida was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2015. The price achieved of HKD 3,640,000.00 (€ 444,574.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 3,000,000.00 – 5,000,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Toshio Yoshida that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Toshio Yoshida kam im November 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 3.640.000,00 (€ 444.574,89) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 3.000.000,00 – 5.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Toshio Yoshida, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
