Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work Punch'Ong Moulded Bottle, 2002 by Yoon Kwang-Cho for USD 836.50 (€ 673.67). This price was achieved in the auction Japanese and Korean Works of Art at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,200.00 – 1,400.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Yoon Kwang-Cho have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in September 2004 by the work Punch'Ong Triangular Vase at USD 1,195.00 (€ 962.39).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2004 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Punch'Ong Moulded Bottle, 2002 von Yoon Kwang-Cho für USD 836,50 (€ 673,67) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Japanese and Korean Works of Art bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.200,00 – 1.400,00. Andere Arbeiten von Yoon Kwang-Cho wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im September 2004 die Arbeit Punch'Ong Triangular Vase mit USD 1.195,00 (€ 962,39).
