A top price for Yolanda Pong - as previously expected
In May 2019 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art (Afternoon Session), which included the work Gray Imagination by Yolanda Pong. The price achieved of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,444.97) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Gray Imagination is the most expensive artwork by Yolanda Pong that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Mai 2019 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art (Afternoon Session) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Gray Imagination von Yolanda Pong zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.444,97) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Gray Imagination das teuerste Kunstwerk von Yolanda Pong, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
