Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Venus at Her Mirror" by Ylva Ogland was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2018, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 150,000.00 – 200,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 140,000.00 (€ 13,230.08). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ylva Ogland - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Loka med Mona Lisa nr 1", which sold at auction in November 2013 for SEK 360,000.00 (€ 40,402.76).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Venus at Her Mirror" von Ylva Ogland im April 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 140.000,00 (€ 13.230,08) den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Ylva Ogland mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Loka med Mona Lisa nr 1" beobachtet, die im November 2013 für SEK 360.000,00 (€ 40.402,76) versteigert wurde.
