Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Priscilla Dancing (from the series Genesis) by Yigal Ozeri was sold in the The Jan & Monique des Bouvrie Collection auction at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2011. It changed hands for a price of EUR 7,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yigal Ozeri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lizzie in Snow in February 2017 with an auction result of USD 55,000.00 (€ 51,798.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Priscilla Dancing (from the series Genesis) von Yigal Ozeri wurde im September 2011 in der Auktion The Jan & Monique des Bouvrie Collection bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 7.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yigal Ozeri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lizzie in Snow im Februar 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 55.000,00 (€ 51.798,83).
