A large hanging scroll in ink and light color on paper depicting an aged Buddhist abbot, his body enveloped in a large robe and a kesa (kasaya) garment hanging from one shoulder, his forehead wrinkles and submental skin drooping betraying his age, one eye open and the other closed, his eyebrows expressive and trailing, the entire portrait carefully shaded and lines with calligraphic precision; signed Yukihiko with an illegible seal
