A top price for Yason Banal - as previously expected
The work ARTWORLD.XXX by Yason Banal was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2013. The price achieved of HKD 43,750.00 (€ 4,338.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 35,000.00 – 55,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, ARTWORLD.XXX is the most expensive artwork by Yason Banal that we have observed at auctions so far.
