Fine Chinese Paintings Formerly in the Collection of Mingzhai 南洋明齋舊藏近現代書畫 LOTS 113-119 「明齋」主人楊作明，廣東潮州人，後移民馬來西亞從商。喜好中國藝術，六十年代末期，經由楊之光推薦於天津畫苑、上海畫苑購藏名家書畫。本輯有數幅為「柏欽先生」所繪作品，「柏欽」即楊之光弟子單柏欽，亦有深交。
